To make a reservation with us, we require your name, address, and Gmail address. You may cancel your reservation at any time, or change your date as long as the rental unit is available on your new date. When booking, you may choose a specific setup time between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please also let us know your preferred pickup time between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

We accept Cash, Cash App, and credit cards. After booking, we require a 30% deposit of your total order cost. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a reservation or delivery due to adverse weather conditions (in which case, your deposit will be fully refunded).
​Furthermore, we may cancel your reservation if the deposit is not received prior to delivery, or if full payment is not made upon delivery. Please ensure these payments are ready to avoid any inconvenience.

The prices listed for our event rentals reflect the standard rates; however, please note that holiday pricing may vary. To reserve an inflatable or any other equipment during holidays, a full, non-refundable payment is required.
